Hiring a candidate with the right skills and clinical experience to do the job is only half the battle. A successful hire requires the right “fit.” Every practice has not only a unique culture – but also a unique “personality.” How an individual reacts to the practice dynamics is crucial. The successful hire is one that is a good fit for both your personal vision and your practice culture.
The challenge then is… “How do I discover all of that before I hire?” This workshop will explore both the subjective and the objective elements of effective hiring strategies:
Target Audience:
This Workshop is intended for business owners, administrators, and management staff involved in the evaluation, discipline, and termination processes in their workplace.
Course Design:
This Workshop can be presented as a 3-hour or full-day experience. The Workshop is interactive and entertaining, and uses real-life case studies to help attendees learn the skills they need to be more effective managers of the evaluation, discipline, and termination processes. Leigh and Judy will use a variety of formats to present the course content, and will incorporate live demonstrations, small group exercises, and lecture formats to provide a high-energy learning experience.

The Full Day Workshop: Attendees for this workshop will bring in examples of their current Job Descriptions, Interview Questions and Applications. Workbooks with outlines and examples for modifying their current hiring process will be provided along with other helpful materials.
