                Leigh Olson, Owner of Nova Consulting, and Judy Holmes, J.D., President of the Compliance Clinic,have partnered to create Master Series Seminars, LLC.   Through Master Series, Judy and Leigh craft innovative and dynamic seminars and workshops designed to help employers and managers create more productive work environments.
           Judy and Leigh have created a unique approach to their teaching and coaching techniques, incorporating the subjective, “soft side” with the objective, “legal side” of practice management. By implementing their management approach, employers often see a dramatic drop in employee turnover, a significant improvement in morale, and a positive effect on the “bottom line.” Leigh and Judy coach employers in every aspect of staff management, from recruiting and hiring, to discipline and lawfully conducted termination procedures. 
           Master Series seminars and workshops have been described as “engaging, fun and lively with real take-home value.” Programs can be custom designed for any type and size of healthcare entity, and can include on-site employment-related audits and evaluations to help employers develop cost-effective management training and management programs.
